After completing his Master’s degree in Molecular Biology and PhD in Biotechnology in Vienna, Austria, Emanuel started working at Pall Corporation.  Initially he worked as an account manager for Pall Laboratory, but very quickly realized that his heart was in the lab supporting and helping customers to find solutions for their downstream process development.

Over the last four years in the position as Biopurification Specialist he has acquired a substantial amount of experience in the field of vaccines, mAbs, recombinant proteins and gene therapy. Emanuel is a specialist in the upstream- and downstream process of pDNA production and purification.

When not at work, he likes to travel with his wife and coach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
